Of infringing thirteen Apple patents, Apple has recently filed a patent lawsuit accusing Nokia as the culprit. This is in response to the patent of Nokia's lawsuit against Apple, which had been filed in October.Apple did not detail any of the patents that it had accused Nokia of infringing.
By inventing their own technologies, is what was said by Apple, how other companies must compete, not simply by stealing. This is according to Bruce Sewell, who is known to be Apple's general counsel, and senior vice president.
